One of Denver's most recognizable landmarks at the corner of York and Colfax.
Re-roofed in 2000 using APP cold adhesive and built-up hot asphalt for
the Denver Public Schools.
Mapleton School District - Denver, CO
Repairs on over 20 different schools.
Platte Canyon School District - Bailey, CO
Complete re-roof of Platte Canyon High School with Derbigum GP over 33
squares.

Byron Rogers Federal Courthouse - Denver, CO
Home to America's most watched federal trial, the Oklahoma City Bombing
Trial, United Materials re-roofed the building and courthouse with Johns
Mansville set in cold adhesive. Penthouse renovations were also included.
To make things interesting, our job was completed during the downtime
of the Oklahoma City Bombing Trial, at the guideline set by the judge.
Another perfect example of the flexibility and commitment of United Materials.
Peterson Air Force Base - Colorado Springs, CO
Complete re-roof of buildings 20 - 25. 902 squares of Johns Manville.
Lockheed Martin Aerospace - Littleton, CO
Complete re-roof of boiler house and garage. 192 squares of Derbigum GP.
Public Service Company of Colorado - Denver, CO
Complete re-roof of Lipan Complex. 271 squares of EPDM.
Shopping Centers
Cherry Creek Shopping Mall - Denver, Colorado
The City of Denver's only shopping mall, constructed in 1988, was roofed
using cold tar pitch by United in accordance with the specifications
of this new construction job. The West section has been roofed with Derbigum
GP. The West mall and the main portion have been covered under ROOFGUARD,
United's roof maintenance program, for over 6 years.
Lakeside Mall - Lakeside, CO
Complete tear off of old EPDM roof, then re-roofed with 242 squares of
Derbigum GP.
Iliff Pointe - Aurora, CO
Complete re-roof of buildings A, B, and C. 344 squares of Firestone SBS.
Miscellaneous
BMHBJ Synagogue - Denver, CO
Re-roofed the West hall, kitchen, day care, social hall, and a lot more
with Derbigum GP. Repairs and HVAC flashing on synagogue renovation.
Many of these jobs were completed according to the schedule outlines
and desires of members of the synagogue.
Denver Center for the Performing Arts - Denver, CO
Many of United's specialized techinques were put to use to successfully
re-roof the DCPA, including reroofing using Derbigum GP, built-up hot
asphalt, paver ballasted EPDM, American Hydrotech waterproofing, and
sand set pavers.
Denver Country Club - Denver, CO
United has provided reroofing of all the flat roofs at the club, including
the tennis and pool houses. Denver Country Club is another valued member
of ROOFGUARD, United's roof maintenance program. The program covers all
the flat and shingled areas of the club.
King Soopers Produce Warehouse - Denver, CO
Reroofed completely, within budget, with Derbigum GP, and gravel set in
permastic. United provides repair services to all King Sooper's and City
Markets in the Colorado state region.
Republic Plaza - Denver, CO
Denver's tallest building has challenged United with single ply and cold
adhesive re-roofing. United also provided waterproofing at the plaza
and basement levels using American Hydrotech.
Keystone Resorts - Keystone, CO
Complete re-roof of Building 3A. 48 squares of Modified Bituman.
King Soopers Bakery Warehouse - Denver, CO
Complete re-roof of the bakery warehouse with 158 squares of EPDM.
Rickenbaugh Cadillac/Volvo - Denver, CO
New construction of expansion building. 21 squares of Derbigum GP.
