Ms. Gloss came to United Materials in 1990 as a Project Manager under Bill Kugler. She quickly became an essential part of the company first as the Vice President and then as President and Managing Member. Beth sets all policies, manages all business practice, motivates, overviewes all hiring of employees as well as serving as a Project Manager for our more difficult projects. She is also in charge of any enforcement in discipline for safety, attendance, and roof quality issues. With 30 years in the business, her experience is unbeatable.
